At Smart Perfections we have a team of 5, we have a great working relationship and we all communicate regularly regarding vehicles in the work shop and individual customer requirements ensuring optimum efficiency with everything from prepping the vehicle to vehicle re-finishing. Mark- Is the Manager/Proprietor, he is an extremely experienced painter & repairer. With over 13 years’ experience he prides himself on his ability to transform an old or damaged vehicle to a ‘good as new’ state in a timely fashion. As well as carrying out a lot of work himself he is also in charge of quality control and will not release a vehicle until he is satisfied it has been repaired to the highest standard possible. He has a one to one relationship with all our clients and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Dave- Is our fully qualified panel beater and repair specialist, he has 14 years’ experience in the industry and joined our team 3 years ago, since then he has proved himself as competent & efficient with vigilant attention to detail and vast knowledge of all makes & models of vehicles. He is passionate about his work and always conducts himself in a professional manner.

Sara- Is front of house, she provides a warm and friendly welcome to all our customers and suppliers. She is the administration manager and handles bookings and queries, she will also process insurance claims from start to finish if you don’t want the hassle. If you can’t afford genuine parts Sara will source second hand parts from all the dismantlers in the country often in the same colour which can reduce the cost of the work required significantly.

Ken- Is our qualified painter, with over 15 years’ experience. His ability to mix, match and blend paint is second to none, he can visually assess your painting requirements to get an exact match and delivers optimum efficiency with every job. Spray painting is very affordable compared to the alternatives, many of which could be as extreme as completely replacing the panels. Besides, the paint has a virtually unlimited range of colors and shades, and our painter will ensure that the end result is exactly as you imagined it. He will have your vehicle looking as good as new and leaves no room for errors. He is a new and very welcomed addition to the team.

Jamie- Is our apprentice and although he has been trained for almost 2 years as part of work experience his official training commenced in March 2017, he is due to finish his apprenticeship in 2021 and plans to stay with the company to further his career in vehicle re-finishing.
